Abstract Submission
Important Deadlines:
Abstract submission deadline is 7 April 2025 (extended).
Notification of acceptance will be sent until 18 April 2025 (extended).
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The presentation type should be chosen as "oral presentation", "poster presentation" or "online oral presentation" during the submission process.
- Only research papers will be accepted as oral presentations or online oral presentations. In both cases, the applicable registration fee must be paid for presenters.
- Congress registration is mandatory for presenters.
- Every participant is allowed to participate with up to 2 abstracts as a presenter/main author.
- Abstracts can be Turkish or English.
- All submissions should include names, e-mail addresses and institutions for all authors.
- The abstract title should have no more than 20 words.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words in total.
- Abstracts for research papers should consist of aim, methods, results and conclusions.
- Abstracts for case reports should consist of introduction, case(s) and discussion.
- Abstracts for scientific reviews should be submitted as a short paragraph reflecting the content of the paper.
- The presentations must be prepared according to the template of the Congress (will be given here soon) and uploaded.
- Please note that the Scientific Committee has the final decision on the presentation type.
- Presentations that are not presented in The Congress, will not be published in The Congress Book.
