PROGRAM

Please consult the online program for the time of your session. The times of the presentations will be announced as soon as the reviews are finished (until 19 April 2024).

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• All the oral presentations will be held online on 27 April 2024, Saturday. Please consult the online program for the time of your session. The times of the presentations will be announced as soon as the reviews are finished (until 19 April 2024).
• Please use the oral presentation template while preparing your oral presentation to avoid any problems.
• Presentations will be held online using ZOOM. Please make sure ZOOM is installed on your computer. You can download and install ZOOM from here.
• You will need to share your screen to show your presentation.
• Presentations can be in Turkish or English.
• Presentations have to be finished within 6 minutes (maximum 10 slides).
• There will be a maximum of 2 minutes of discussion time per presentation.
• The presenting author should be a registered participant to make the presentation.
• It is the responsibility of the presenter to ensure their text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors.

Oral presentations that are not presented, will not be published in The Congress Book.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

• The posters will be presented digitally on the displays in the forum foyer. Therefore, it is important to use the provided template to be presented accurately.
• The posters should be uploaded as a single PowerPoint slide until 23 April 2024.
• You can upload your posters by logging into your account.
• The format of the displays is vertical and 1079x1917px.
• The font size of the posters should not be less than 14px for clear visibility.
• The balance between text and table/figures should be taken into consideration.
• There will not be any dedicated time for poster discussions. However, the presenters should provide contact info on the posters for possible questions. It is also recommended for the presenters to be close during breaks to discuss their work with colleagues attending the Congress.

Poster presentations that are not presented, will not be published in The Congress Book.
