PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
We would like to thank you once again for your active participation in the 14. International Trakya Family Medicine Congress as an oral/poster presenter.

We would like to remind you of a few important points while preparing your presentation:
- One of the authors must be marked as the "Presenting Author" through the abstract system.
- Congress registration is mandatory for presenters.
- The registration deadline for abstract presenters is 21 April 2025.
- You can see the date and time of your presentation in the program after registration and setting the presenting author.
ONLINE ORAL PRESENTATIONS

- Presentations can be in Turkish or English.
- Presentations have to be finished within 6 minutes (maximum 10 slides).
- There will be a maximum of 2 minutes of discussion time per presentation.
- Please use the oral presentation template while preparing your oral presentation to avoid any problems.
- Presentations will be held online using Microsoft Teams. Please make sure Teams is installed on your computer. You can download and install Teams from here.
- The presentation links will be shared in the Congress Foyer before your presentation.
- You will need to share your screen to show your presentation.
- The presenting author should be a registered participant to make the presentation.
- It is the responsibility of the presenter to ensure their text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors.
Online oral presentations that are not presented, will not be published in The Congress Book.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

- The posters will be presented digitally on the displays in the forum foyer. Therefore, it is important to use the provided template to be presented accurately.
- The posters should be sent to tahekint@gmail.com as a single PowerPoint slide until 21 April 2025.
- The format of the displays is vertical and 1079x1917px.
- The font size of the posters should not be less than 14px for clear visibility.
- The balance between text and tables/figures should be taken into consideration.
- There will not be any dedicated time for poster discussions. However, the presenters should provide contact info on the posters for possible questions. It is also recommended for the presenters to be close during breaks to discuss their work with colleagues attending the Congress.
Posters that are not mailed to us, will not be published in the Congress Book.
